Modules of sterling silver shapes are wrapped in silver wire to form a contemporary style necklace with a free hanging shape of the same treatment. The shapes are slightly domed to give more dimension. Flat cable chain lengths are joined by wrapped wire sections, carrying fiery Czech glass beads. A handmade oval toggle clasp secures it at the ends and makes it attractive at the back of the neck as well! 16.5″

To me, this piece is about flying in many directions and the shield offers protection. The Brass disc is 2″ in diameter and has four sterling silver wings and trios of silver balls soldered to the surface. It hangs at 16″, near the throat chakra. The strand is made of fiery little Czech glass beads and tiny brown leather punch beads, and ends in a handmade disc button-clasp in sterling silver with a stamped flower design. (Beautiful at the back of the neck!)
